Our Story

We first met through our shared passion for fitness—Lauren as a coach, and Dillon as an athlete. Workouts and training sessions developed into mutual respect and an easy, natural friendship. Rooted in this friendship we soon found our roles shifting from coach/athlete and training partners to something more meaningful, a relationship steeped in love, trust and encouragement of each others goals. We quickly learned to value our differences and use our individual strengths to compliment one another as true partners.

After years of growing side by side and building a life together, we are so excited to celebrate the next chapter of our journey together—our wedding day!
